As president of the ESTIS Group, Aaron Estis advises public executives in agencies at the federal, state, and local levels. Prior to starting his own company, he was a management consultant with BearingPoint for seventeen years. He started his career as a Presidential Management Fellow in the Office of Management and Budget within the Executive Office of the President.

Mr. Estis has a long history of community involvement, from tutoring students in downtown Washington, DC, to heading community organizations in Atlanta. He currently is chair of the board for two community-based organizations in Georgia —the First Church Community Development Corporation and Action Ministries.

In recognition of his unique contribution to the business of government, Mr. Estis was named to the advisory board of the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California at Berkeley. The advisory board helps to set direction for one of the most highly rated public policy schools in the nation. Mr. Estis holds a master of public policy degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a bachelor of arts degree from Harvard University.
