Stacy Perrine, Senior Research Associate, began her planning career with the NJ Office of Smart Growth where she administered the Plan Endorsement Program and assisted in the update to the NJ State Development and Redevelopment Plan. More recently, she worked as a Senior Planner for Ocean County, NJ where she managed many projects including the County Water Quality Management Planning Program and the Joint Land Use Military Study Initiatives with the Department of Defense. She received a B.A. from Rutgers University with a double major in Political Science and Urban Studies and a Master of City and Regional Planning Degree from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy with a concentration in Community Development.
