The Transportation Management: Vulnerability, Risk and Security certificate is offered to Rutgers graduate students through the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. Participating faculty include the School of Engineering, the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences (SEBS), the School of Arts and Sciences, and UMDNJ. The fifteen-credit multi-disciplinary program takes a risk analysis approach to transportation policy, providing students with skills that will apply to future work sites and enrich their research in the field of transportation planning and management.
