On October 29, the Community Development Institute and the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey hosted a conference on community-based planning.

The keynote speaker was Dr. Kenneth Reardon, Chair of Cornell University’s Department of City and Regional Planning and a nationally known expert on community planning.
