PDI offers customized services to organizations that want to achieve new levels of sophistication and effectiveness, as well as communities that want to find creative solutions to difficult challenges.

We offer the following types of services:
  • Custom training and development to organizations and communities. We can provide half-day to multi-day training sessions, facilitate retreats, and design online courses that meet your needs.
  • Consulting and advising in organizational change and development, urban planning, economic development and community development.
  • Research, including qualitative and quantitative research, assessments, and evaluations.

We also work to build your capacity to effectively employ the solutions we generate.
