ROBERT SOMMER
2011 Alumnus of the Year
Robert Sommer, graduate of the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and an Eagleton Fellow, is a prominent figure in business, politics and public affairs in New Jersey. He is currently President of Rock Entertainment Management, which provides public relations and public affairs support for the New Jersey Devils and the Prudential Center. Formerly the President of Observer Media Group and the Executive V.P. of the MWW Group, one of the nation’s largest public relations firms, Bob has maintained his commitment to the Bloustein School, where he lectures on media and lobbying.
