The Penns Neck Area Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process, initiated in the Spring of 2001, offers an inclusive, comprehensive and unique opportunity for developing community-based solutions to complex area transportation issues.

under contract with the New Jersey Department of Transporation.
The website was created as part of the Penns Neck Area Environmental Impact Statement process.
