About
Project Team
The
Voorhees Transportation Policy Institute at Rutgers University
was selected by the New Jersey Department of Transportation
(NJDOT) to design and manage the Penns Neck Area EIS process.
The Institute has assembled a creative and experienced
team of specialists to help implement an open and transparent
public process that will give local officials, citizens
and other interested parties a unique opportunity to help
shape the development of the Environmental Impact Statement.
Our team includes the Center for Negotiation and Conflict
Resolution at Rutgers University and the firms of Helen
Neuhaus & Associates, Inc. and Radin Consulting, Inc.
In
addition, the professional services of DMJM
Harris, and URS
have been retained to assist in the preparation of the
Penns Neck Area EIS. The DMJM Harris team is responsible
for engineering and environmental services. The URS team
is responsible for regional and local traffic modeling.
The Rutgers team, DMJM Harris, and URS will work cooperatively
to complete the Penns Neck Area EIS.
